How To Build
After you acquire and research the blueprint for the Vacuum Cleaner, it is added to your encyclopedia. You can find it under the “vehicles” tab of your menu.
Next, you need to build a Transport Module and a Pad. The place of the construction is as per your choice.
Now that you have built an empty pad, you can park your vehicle on that Empty pad to claim it for the Rocket Vacuum Cleaner.
