When compared to Riptide and Burden of Guilt, two other Stasis Fusion Rifles, Aurvandil FR6, charges far more slowly. But the weapon’s High-Impact Frame more than makes up for it, giving it a massive Impact rating of 95.
It would be better if you gave up some of that Impact to increase its Charge Time with a Charge Time Masterwork, cutting down the lengthy 960 seconds it takes to charge to 920. Accelerated Coils allow you to decrease the Charge Time even further, and Arrowhead Brake enhances Handling and Recoil.
Your go-to qualities for Aurvandil FR6 are Chill Clip and Reconstruction, and these perks are crucial when trying to get a God Roll. While Reconstruction steadily reloads the magazine to double its capacity, Chill Clip uses the top half of the magazine to freeze foes. With this setup, you can fire 12 powerful shots, with six of them freezing your targets in place—really cool stuff.
PvP

Due to the lack of a crowd of enemies and Special Ammo, Chill Clip and Reconstruction aren’t particularly effective in PvP. Hence Aurvandil FR6 is mainly designed for PvE. Not to add that you will be dead before you can fire a shot due to the excessive Charge Time.
This God Roll can still be effective for more crafty Guardians. Charge Time and Accelerated Coils are essential to reducing the amount of time you’re exposed, just like in PvP. When crouched, Firmly Planted will significantly improve your accuracy, stability, and handling, so you may hit unaware Guardians rushing around a corner with your bullets.
Demolitionist will replenish Grenade Energy and reload the weapon from stock. Last but not least, Extended Barrel enables you to fire from a greater distance, which is terrible in the Crucible, especially when the weapon needs to charge.
