Destiny 2: How To Complete Week 6 Of Sails Of The Shipstealer

The latest chapter of the major storyline in Destiny 2‘s Season of Plunder, Sails of the Shipstealer, rumbles on. There was a major twist in the last few times, meaning players are aware that there are three groups vying for the overall relics. This is a stark departure from the previously held notion of Eramis and her crew battling the players for control.

Therefore, you will have to be even more careful when you start Week 6 of the quest. As always, the procedure for going about the tasks remains the same, except for the big reveal of the unknown group that will be battling you. In that regard, the following guide will help players in going about Week 6 of Sails of the Shipstealer, which will have some big revelations.

Destiny 2 - Sails of the Shipstealer Week 6

Destiny 2: Starting off the Sails of the Shipstealer Week 6

Given the custom, you will have to go through the Star Chart at the H.E.L.M. in order to receive a message from Drifter. He continues his monologue by recapping the earlier weeks and missions, alongside providing his own input as to how to gather the relics from different parts.  Once he has completed speaking, you are all set to begin the latest week of Sails of the Shipstealer.

Expedition

As always, you will have to partake in an Expedition and get the treasure chest after it finishes. You will have to have the required amount of Treasure Coordinates and Map Fragments that will be needed to build back the map. Players looking to farm the above-mentioned items will have to play through Gambit, Strikes, and Crucible activities in the game that will eventually lead to getting the desired map.

Ketchcrash

You will have to see off five Ketchcrash activities, with one being done on Master Difficulty gives even more progress. But that is up to the players to decide, given that there is no matchmaking procedure here. Therefore, you can just go for five normal activities in Ketchcrash which will be time-consuming for sure.

However, it is still a long way off from Week 5 which needed you to have 50 Champions. After finishing Expedition and Ketchcrash activities, players will be able to move onto the weekly Pirate base that awaits them.

Destiny 2: The Coward Pirate Base

Up to this point, everything has been pretty usual. You will now be tasked with slaying a Pirate Lord at a base, but once you reach there, there will be some startling news. You will be warned by Spider that the unknown third group is present nearby, and as the quest begins, you will finally get to know that they are the Lucent Hive.

Destiny 2 - Pirate base

Once you get to the final portion of the base, you will find that the boss is already defeated by Ei Arat, who is a Light bearing Hive Wizard. Therefore, you will have to take down Ei Arat now, with the battle following the same mechanics as any other Light-bearing Hive opponent you have encountered before.

I made sure that the Super could not get to me while demolishing the Ghost which hold the key to getting past Ei Arat. Once you finish, go over to the Relic of Nezarec which will have some good rewards for you.

Destiny 2: Finishing at the Eliksni Quarter

After you return to the Eliksni Quarter, you will watch a discussion between Eido and Drifter, which after concluding, will allow you to interact with Mithrax through the Holoprojecter near the Ether Tank. Once this finishes, you will have to interact with Spider within the Ether Tank.

You will also get a radio message near the Holoprojector before giving the Relic of Nezarec back to the H.E.L.M. which will give you more storyline context.

Finally, Eido has caught Spider tricking you over the previous weeks, which will now ensure that you received a fixed Red Border weapon via the Engram. This is the final level for Week 6 and the action continues in Week 7. One thing is for certain, now that there are three groups in the mix, the action will get spiced up in the coming weeks.

Thus, that is all the information you will need to know about Week 6 of the Sails of the Shipstealer activity. The action follows a pretty similar route to before, with the added introduction of the third group that will throw a spanner in the works. The fact that Spider is also getting irritated may have some repercussions in the future as well, with Eido seemingly on your side. The storyline has plenty of twists and turns left.
