Destiny 2 - Season of the Seraph - Spire of the watcher

Destiny 2: Season of the Seraph – Spire of the Watcher dungeon details and start date

While there has not been any confirmation from Bungie, fans are hyped due to credible sources revealing the name. The Spire of the Watcher also has Ornaments on the Internet, alongside an Exotic Solar Bow.

If the dungeon’s name sounds familiar in part, it is because the Watcher is the nickname of Skira, a great old enemy of the Eliksni who is herself a shapeshifter and gets people to do her bidding. Skira made her debut in Season of the Splicer, and the current edition also bears some resemblance to that one.

Nevertheless, it is not confirmed whether Skira will be an integral part of the dungeon named after her nickname till now.

The Spire of the Water dungeon activity commences on December 9, 2022 (Friday), and its final destination will be Felwinter Peak, as Bungie has disclosed. As mentioned above, the ornaments and armor have also been revealed for the Hunter, Warlock, and Titan categories.

While some players would want to wait for the dungeon to go live before taking a sneak peek, you can catch a glimpse of what we are talking about on Twitter if you want. Many spoilers abound, and we do not want to ruin the surprise for anyone who is not ready yet.

Destiny 2 - Season of the Seraph - Exotic Solar Bow

Destiny 2: Season of the Seraph – What is the Exotic Solar Bow in Spire of the Watcher

The final news is surrounding the Exotic Solar Bow for dungeon lovers. It is supposed to have the Apollonic Tangent trait, which has been explained as “arrows fired through a Guidance Ring release seeking projectiles, which do more damage based on distance traveled.”

The developers are planning to provide three new Exotics weapons, with the Solar Bow joining the likes of Manticore and Revision Zero in this department.

Thus, that is all the information players will have on the Spire of the Watcher news of the dungeon. While Bungie has been tight-lipped in this area, it is safe to assume that most of what we know will translate to the game. Players are itching to start going through the dungeon and find out what more mysteries they hold.
