I will also go over the results of the settings so that you can draw a better conclusion. Before going into the settings, make sure you meet the minimum system specs for the game.

Also, I would recommend that you cross-reference with my system specs to get a better idea of the performance.

Results and Conclusion

At 85-90% GPU usage, I managed to get 80-90FPS. In graphically intense scenarios, It was dropping to the low 80s. Other than that, the game is pretty enjoyable and smooth.

If you want to crank up the settings to Ultra, you can still manage to push it to 60FPS. Make sure you have similar system specs as shown above.

If you have a higher-end system, you should ideally play the game on Ultra. Just disable or lower the motion blur and shadow quality to medium.

For lower-end systems, like a 1050TI, 1060, or 1650, I would recommend dialing down some of these settings to low as per your preference.
