Best Graphics Settings

Screen Mode

Fullscreen (I use this for most of my games, especially for a fighting game like TEKKEN 7)

Resolution

1920×1080 (My current native resolution)

Vsync

Off (If you do not face screen tearing, keep this off)

Show FPS

Off (or ON) – (The game is locked at 60FPS by default, so I did not see any difference in keeping them either ON or OFF)

Rendering Quality

Custom

Rendering Scale

100 (100 gives you a clear visual without any issues or blur)

Anti-Aliasing

High (My system is able to handle this, but if you are ON a low-end system, keep this OFF)

Shadow Settings

Low (Since I play TEKKEN 7 online for most parts, keeping this OFF helps me churn out more from the system)

Texture Quality

High (High is fine for me and it does not impact the performance at all)

Effect Quality

Medium – Medium settings worked for me just fine and it did not hamper the visual effects of the characters as such.

Post-Processing Quality

High (Good processing visuals without any major performance changes)

Dynamic Adjustments

On – This option is very useful for low-end systems.

TEKKEN 7 Tested on GTX 1050TI and I3 8100

As you have noticed from the subtitle, I tested Tekken 7 on a GTX 1050TI OC and an i3 8100. Here are the results of the test and an illustrative video showing the test: [LINK]

  • Average RAM Usage(MB): 5035
  • AVERAGE FPS: 60 [Locked] @1080p
  • Peripherals Used: Hori Hayabusa Fight Stick, HyperX Cloud Stinger
  • Capture Software: NVIDIA Shadowplay + MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner

Results and Conclusion

With the above settings, I was getting a steady 60FPS, which I think is the maximum. There are methods to unlock FPS in these ported games, but it usually ends up hampering the experience, so I kept that aside. 60FPS should be visually pleasing enough so that you do not require additional tweaks.

For Lower end systems, I would highly recommend that you take the High settings to Medium. If you are using an entry-level system, ideally, keep the resolution to native and fullscreen, but turn down all the settings to Low.

An example of such a system would be a 750TI and I3 6th gen processor. Make suitable tweaks, and it should perform well for you. Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

I will reply to them as soon as I can. Thanks for reading, and I will see you with more Tekken 7 Content. Adios!
