It is a 4 person event that can now be completed in a single run. The Materials you receive after the event can be used to upgrade your appraisal weapons, but you will not get a separate appraisal weapon drop directly from the event.

Wide-Range Lvl 3 Allows the effects of certain items to also affect nearby allies (66%)
Handicraft Lvl 3 Extends the weapons sharpness gauge. However, it does not extend the gauge beyond the maximum (Weapon sharpness +30)
