Fans and gamers alike are eagerly awaiting the launch of the expansion pack to last year’s Outriders. The game was a good buy for players who wanted to try out a Destiny-style format, but in a new setting.
However, the game was still some way behind the mammoth franchise, and now is setting its sights on closing the gap. The Worldslayer expansion is slated to release on June 30, 2022, with trailers and prices already known.
Furthermore, there has also been a big revelation about what kind of endgame activity to expect in Outriders Worldslayer. Here’s everything you need to know regarding the new feature coming to the game, and what to expect in it.
Outriders Worldslayer: The Trial of Tarya Gratar
Yes, the endgame activity is termed ominously as the ‘Trial of Tarya Gratar,’ and it promises to be a whole new ballgame. People Can Fly revealed on their live stream on June 10 that it will be majorly a huge dungeon, in which you and your fellow players will be able to scour as an endgame activity.
Having completed the Worldslayer campaign, you can dive into the Trial of Tarya Gratar in order to match up against various, new enemies.
You can go in as far as you want, but be mindful of not dying more than a few times. Players will be able to earn new gear for their respective characters.
However, the enemies you will encounter will not be easy meat. The difficulty level will increase as you journey into the dungeon, slaying bosses along the way. Nevertheless, it is a great pursuit as players will be justifiably rewarded with some great loot prizes.
The dungeon also has areas called Troves, where players will come across optional enemies. Needless to say, the Troves are extra difficult, but they award a specific type of loot.
While one Trove might give Helmets, the other will drop Armour. Therefore, players will be able to pick the exact type of items they are looking for, though as mentioned, it will not be easy.
Outriders gives players the option to choose whether they want to venture into the Trial of Tarya Gratar solo or with a group. You will start the quest at a new camp, having all the normal shops.
That was about it when it comes to revealing about the Trial of Tarya Gratar activity. People Can Fly also gave fans a look at the all-new Pyromancer build.
Every class is slated to receive strong new items, and many old gear sets are due an upgrade that hold up in the expansion pack. Therefore, the developers are really going all out to take the game up several notches and it is definitely looking a worthy investment.
