1. Launcher Settings for Phantasy Star Online 2

  • Environment Settings: Standard (Level 3 on the slider)

  4. Optimize Windows for High Performance:  Windows key + I > Type performance > Select Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows. > In the settings box, select Adjust for best performance > Click Apply > Click the Advanced tab > Ensure that Adjust the best performance of is set to Programs > Apply again, then OK to confirm.
