BL4 – How to Get The Hellwalker Shotgun
To get this weapon:
- Open your Terminus Range Map and move to the South-Side of it
- Locate the Drill Site called “The Old Scrape”
- Slay the boss there called “Immortal Boneface”
- Get Hellwalker drop from him
The drop rate is not known so you may have to farm Immortal Boneface depending on your loot luck to get The Hellwalker Shotgun. One quick way to get to this location is by spawning on the Silo called “The Reliquary”, set a waypoint to the location and travel from there making the grind a bit lesser.
Make sure to have unlocked the Encore Machine first before doing this farm since without this, you cannot make Immortal Boneface spawn over and over again.
Beating Immortal Boneface
In order to slay this boss, you need to first take out the “Saddleback” he is on. Once that is done, the actual boss is not tanky at all and can be easily defeated without much hiccups. You need to clear out a few mobs first before the boss spawns so keep that in mind while going in the arena.
About Hellwalker Shotgun in BL4
This is a returning weapon from Borderlands 3 with some minor changes like no elemental fire around it right now. Also the card does not say what the perk really is. Basically “Soothslayer” enables you to fire the weapon in a pentagram shape, and contains two pellets instead of the standard 1 pellet in shotguns.
Another cool feature is that Hellwalker is that it ricochets bullets which is a classic trait for Jacobs manufacturer, and it always rolls with the exact same stats, the only difference being is with the name. You will hear a faint and distorted guitar sound after you fire a pellet which is also a neat little feature of the Hellwalker.
