The action-packed Assassin’s Creed Mirage features Basim as the main character, and you will have many initial missions to familiarize yourself with.
One of them involves freeing Ali from the clutches of the Templars. Fuladh will assist players; it is not a difficult mission if you lead the way with stealth. In that regard, the following guide will help players save Ali early in the game.

Players have to begin the ‘Jailbreak’ quest in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and the first objective is to talk to Fuladh. His location can be found via the orange-colored icon on your map on the roof of a building.
Once you interact with him initially, Fuladh will tell you to free Ali ibn Muhammad, a partner of the Hidden Ones, who was being kept inside the Damascus Gate Prison. However, it is no easy task since the jail is the most secure of all in Baghdad.
You will have to rely heavily on Endiku as your trusted partner will let you know of chances to start the process through several clues around the region of the quest.
The best way to move inside the Damascus Gate Prison is through a Rebel or Merchant by paying them through Khidmah Tokens. The Rebels will cause a distraction for you to sneak into the prison without attracting any attention.
As you enter the prison, move along the main path to look for Ali. Be careful in your approach, as prison guards are everywhere, so you will have to stealthily move around them or take them out as the opportunity rises.
There will be an injured civilian you come across with whom you can interact. Once you are done, move up the rack and travel ahead.
There are even more guards here as you keep searching for Ali until you come to a door with a unique design with a bar on it. Unlock it and get inside to go to the floor below.
Players must turn on their ‘eagle vision’ to locate the main Jailer torturing Ali here. You will hear the voice of the Jailer cursing Ali. Keep moving until you reach the required room, where players must kill the guard and free Ali.
After you are done, both of you have to get to the guard’s quarters since it is from here where all the prison doors can be opened up. An orange beacon on your screen will guide you to the guard’s quarters through a particular door.
Once you get there, there will be a cutscene that players, and as it finishes, you will find yourself in front of a couple of guards. You must eliminate them and finally leave the Damascus Gate Prison with Ali to complete the quest.
