Destiny 2 | How to Utilize Munitions Psion Antenna

Destiny 2 Lightfall introduces new objectives and missions for players to complete in order to gain more loot and XP. While patrolling Neomuna, you may come across a group of Cabals.

You may have noticed that one of the Cabal is different from the others in that they have a longer frame and are more agile. When you defeat them, they will drop a slender white antenna that you can pick up and carry around with you.

But where should it go, and what does it do? We’ll look at how to use the antenna dropped by the Munitions Psion in Destiny 2 in this guide.

Making Use Of The Munitions Psion Antenna In Destiny 2

Bungie’s Destiny 2 is a free-to-play online-only multiplayer first-person shooter video game. It was initially released in 2017 as a pay-to-play game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows.

On October 1, 2019, it became free-to-play under the New Light title, utilising the games as a service model, followed by the game’s release on Stadia the following month, and then PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S platforms in December 2020.

Activision published the game until December 31, 2018, when Bungie purchased the publishing rights to the franchise. It is the follow-up to Destiny and its expansions from 2014.

The game, set in a world of “mythic science fiction” features a multiplayer “shared-world” environment with elements of role-playing games. Activities in Destiny 2 are divided into two types: player versus environment (PvE) and player versus player (PvP).

PvE includes three-player “strikes” and dungeons, as well as six-player raids, in addition to standard story missions. A free roam patrol mode is also available for each destination, which includes public events and activities not previously available.

These activities emphasise destination exploration and interactions with non-player characters (NPCs); the original Destiny only featured NPCs in social settings. PvP includes both objective-based and traditional deathmatch game modes.

Munitions Psion Antenna In Neomuna

While exploring Ahimsa Park, you will come across slender Cabals that differ greatly from the bulkier Cabals you encountered during your patrol. They are known as Munitions Psion, and once defeated, you can take the Antenna from their corpse.

We’ll see what we can do with it in Destiny 2. Within the Patrol area, there is a hidden location where you can insert the Antenna and gain some loot.

Check out your Ghost to bring up the overlay panel to find out where to go. You’ll soon notice a blinking diamond nearby. Head over there as soon as possible to find a mechanic who can insert the Antenna.

You should be cautious during this process, as enemy Cabals will try to stop you. Insert the antenna into the slot to reveal a loot chest. You can find some rare loot here, so it’s worth your time to try to find it.

That’s all there is to it when it comes to using the antenna in Destiny 2. If you enjoyed this guide, you should also read our other guides.
