How To Unlock Each Character in RoRR
Commando: The Commando is your default character, automatically unlocked upon launching the game. Familiarize yourself with its abilities as you embark on your journey.
Huntress: Similar to the Commando, the Huntress is also unlocked upon launching the game. Master her unique skillset to enhance your gameplay.
Enforcer: To unlock the Enforcer, you need to defeat the Magma Worm, Wandering Vagrant, and Colossus at least once. The best part? You don’t have to accomplish this in a single run.
Bandit: Achieve victory in the teleporter event on Stage 3 to unleash Bandit’s powerful potential. Focus on your strategy to conquer this challenge.
Pilot: Collect 15 different Monster Logs, which can sometimes be found after defeating monsters you haven’t logged before. Keep an eye out for these logs during your battles.
Loader: Gather 30 unique items within a single playthrough to unlock the mighty Loader. Exploration and item acquisition are key to achieving this goal.
Engineer: To earn the Engineer, purchase a total of 40 drones throughout your gameplay. You can accumulate this count over multiple runs, so don’t worry if you can’t get them all in one go.
Chef: In one run, obtain the following items: Meat Nugget, Bustling Fungus, Bitter Root, and Foreign Fruit. Strategize your runs to collect these items and unlock the culinary genius, Chef.
Acrid: Acrid is a unique character that must be found and freed during a run. Seek out the Sunken Tombs map in the top right corner, but be prepared for a challenge when attempting to unlock this elusive hero.
Miner: Unlock the Miner by locating the Stage 4 Magma Barracks. Look for a tunnel in the bottom-right corner of the map, leading to a named Elder Lemurian called “Direseeker.” Defeat this powerful foe to add the Miner to your roster.
Artificer: Explore 10 distinct stages across multiple runs to earn the Artificer. Your journey through different environments will bring you closer to mastering this character.
Drifter: Recycle 6 drones in a single playthrough to unlock the Drifter. Keep an eye out for drones and make strategic decisions to recycle them for this character’s unlock.
