There is only a single place where Grafaiai is lurking which is the Tagtree Thicket, which also houses the Poison Base for Team Star.
While you may be confused as to how to reach there, one of the simpler ways is to journey via the Pokemon Center located in the East Province (Three) from where you will be able to view the main gate of the Thicket.
After you have entered the Tagtree Thicket, there will be clusters of Grafaiai around along with a number of trees that are painted, giving away another indication that the Grafaiai are around.

While we have mentioned the location of Grafaiai, you will not gain immediate access to Tagree Thicket. For that to open up, you will have to finish Team Star’s Fire Base, the Squad Base of Scheder, and move across Levincia which houses the Electric Gym.
You will have to take on the Fire Base of Team Star as it is mandatory, but you can forego the Gym. Players who do want to go into all this hassle can simply look for a Shroodle, who is present in Los Platos of the Province (Area Four) and the east of Artazon which is inside East Province (Area One), and evolve it by reaching Level 28.
Having a Grafaiai is quite helpful, given its dual type and is vulnerable against Ground and Psychic-type. On the other side, Grafaiai has great resistance to Ghost, Grass, Fairy, Poison, and Bug-type Pokemon.
Additionally, poison attacks are a great benefit to have when it comes to inflicting damage on opponents. You should definitely have one in your arsenal, no matter whether you get a Grafaiai directly or evolve from Shroodle. In that way, future battles become much more convenient.
