Players enjoying Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak has a lot in store. The survival, and crafting game is loaded with amazing features, big loots, and tough bosses. There are several areas for you to explore and learn in the game. One of the most interesting sections is Citadel 13, which contains the Hidden Cave.
The Sunbreak DLC has added this area, which is the ruins of a castle around a forest and swampland. It is here that there is a secret cave, which players can explore. The following guide will help players in navigating the Citadel in order to reach the Hidden Cave.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak – How to go around the Citadel?
The Citadel is the area where you will find the Three Lords, bosses who are in the game for the first time. They are Malzeno, the Elder Dragon, gorilla Garangolm, and Lunagaron, fanged Wyvern.
If you check the map, you will notice areas which seem to be impossible to reach. Area 13 is to the south of the Citadel, following a pathway which will take players to a grey, cloud-filled area.
However, you will feel that this is a deadened, and there is no other way to approach the hidden cave. Therefore, players will need to make use of the Wirebug, which will take them past a secret area, covered with a big, hollow tree stump.
Wirebug will help players recover after taking hits during battles or go around different places by flying. Therefore, this holds the key to get to the Hidden Cave in the game.
Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak – Where to find Hidden Cave in Area 13?
The entry way to the Hidden Cave is situated inside Area 13 of the Citadel, found present in a tree stump. There will be a water body containing Thornytoads, and just beside it, players have to use the Wirebug in order to climb up the stump on their left.
Just fall through the stump, and you will be inside the Hidden Cave. Make your way across the tunnel, and you will see a pile of bones to collect. As you keep moving, players will reach a cavern which is around the moat covering the Citadel.
The Hidden Cave has mining outcrops which are necessary to find ores in the game. Furthermore, there is also a fishing point called Stump Sap.
You can quickly journey back to your original camp by using a Great Wirebug here, and Relic Record IX. Completing the fisihing activity will also remove fog from the map.
