Remnant 2: How to Fix No Sound And Audio Issues

Players will see a variety of tips to help them to solve the problem. It is to be kept in mind that you may have to try a combination of these methods in order to get the issue resolved.

That is why, make sure you are giving all of the options a fair try to get the game going.

Remnant 2 - update audio drivers

Do not enable Windows Sonic.

The features of Windows Spatial Sound or Windows Sonic have been proven problematic in recent times. That is why it is suggested that players disable the feature before running Remnant 2.

Updating Audio Drivers

You can get the most recent versions of the audio drivers through the official website only, as it is the safest choice. Some players have recommended that you also uninstall and reinstall the drivers to get them back running again.

However, this should be done only when players are facing issues with all of their other games and applications as well.

Take wired headphones

One of the most common fixes has been the switch by players to wired headphones. This can solve your problems often by plugging in 3.5 mm wired headphones.

So if you have encountered any sound issues already, try using wired headphones instead of your wireless ones.

Choose the correct output.

There are times when the audio output changes upon your plugging the headphones. When this happens, you may not be able to get the sounds of Remnant 2 through.

Players who have encountered these issues can select the Speaker icon on the lower right corner of the PC screen and get inside Sound Settings.

Choose the correct output option from the Sound Tab that will be your best choice. Hit OK and exit the menu. Now, relaunch the game and see if your problem has been resolved.

Turn on Audio Enhancements

Players may turn off the audio enhancements by chance and they will need to turn it on again. Head inside the Sound Settings and then the Playback tab. Right-click on Playback Devices and choose Enhancements within Properties

Thus, that is all the information players can use to resolve the no-sound error. If you are still unable to get the audio going, players can raise a ticket by visiting the Gearbox Support page.

The developers will soon release an updated patch that will take care of these problems.
