My System Specifications Used To Test
- Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
- Graphics Card: GTX 750TI
- Memory: 32GB DDR4 (3000MHz)
- Storage: 500GB M.2 SSD
- Operating System: Windows 10 64-Bit
The Goal was to Test for 30FPS at 1080p. Since the card is an old entry-level, I tried keeping the requirement as such. If you have a powerful GPU, your goal should be 1080p with 60FPS.

I was getting an average of 36-40 FPS (OR 38, to be precise). The settings are fine by themselves, but these are the optimum ones I could find. I tested this on a 750TI.
This could also be a 1050TI or 1650. The results should vary within 10-12 FPS up to 1660. If you feel the need to churn out more Frames, dial down the High settings to Medium and the Medium ones to low.
I am talking specifically about lower-end CPUs. An example of this would be an I3 8th-gen or 7th-gen processor.
