Destiny 2 – How To Start or Access Warlord’s Ruin Dungeon
As usual, the game tells you little about the Warlord’s Ruin Dungeon location in D2. Upon fiddling with the menu and other things, I figured out the location of the Dungeon. Here are the required steps:
The first thing you need to do is head over to Ikora Dey in the Annex of Tower. Go to her and find a quest called “In The Shadows Of The Mountain”. This contains a total of 9 steps. When you claim this from Ikora, you will be prompted to go to EDZ.
- The Location for Warlord’s Ruin Dungeon is in EDZ.
Here are the rest of the details of this quest:
- Scorn Raider sighted in sector EDZ-R5
- Scorn Raiders, 5-7, sighted in sector EDZ-R4
- Taken migration from Sludge to sector EDZ-R
- Scorn Chieftain engaged in sector EDZ-R2
- External Operative confirmed Dark Ether trail
- Guardian fireteam requested
I think these hints are enough for you to pick up on what to do after you are done running the Dungeon for the first time.
So after you are done acquiring the quest, press “M” to open up the Directory Map. Click on EDZ, and you should see the Warlord’s Ruin Dungeon located on the right side of your screen. Here are some features:
- Legend – 1790
- Master – 1840
These two difficulties will challenge any fireteam and push them to their limits. I have my first clear of this dungeon, and little to say, the design is very good, and it was short and fun to complete this Dungeon.
Take note that certain triumphs can boost your Exotic Drop Rate, so make sure to check out the “Triumphs” tab and clear those, which grant you a boost to getting the coveted exotic from this Dungeon.
