The third perk can be kept for Under Pressure which enhances Stability and Accuracy when your mag is getting less which will happen a lot with Iterative Loop.
The fourth column perk is Kickstart which will give you a 20% damage bonus and quicker Charge Time as you sprint and slide with the former being the most optimal way to fire Iterative Loop.

God Roll for PvE
Increasing Stability and lessening Recoil are the main aims here. Arrowhead Brake gives Recoil (-30) and Handling (+10) so you will be on top of your encounters.
The particle Repeater for the magazine improves Stability (+10) and does the job you require with this weapon.
The third perk is Compulsive Reloader which increases Reload Speed (+50) when your magazine is more than halfway full. This is good news as the Rapid-Fire Frame betters Reload Speed when less ammunition on the other and also pairs well with the fourth column perk.
It is Voltshot that applies Jolt on the shot after reloading once you take down an enemy. Jolt will give Arc damage to your opponent and will spread it around, meaning whole groups are removed.
