Published: November 18, 2021 | Last Updated On: January 15, 2022

In this guide for OUTRIDERS, we will go over the best graphics settings in-game. This will give a decent FPS and performance for you to enjoy the game.

Note that these settings are based on the Demo version of Outriders. But since it is a demo and not a beta, we can expect the settings to be quite similar to the end release.

Take note of my system specs to draw a better comparison for your system performance. Also, I would recommend that you make sure to meet the minimum system specs for the game.

If the final release has any alterations, I will update this post as soon as possible. Without further delay, lets check it out! [This post has been updated Recently]

It was tested for the base requirement of 60 FPS, at 1080p resolution. You should ideally use your monitors resolution and then try to meet the corresponding FPS for best results.

Results and Conclusion

I was able to manage well beyond 60 FPS for the main goal. In less Graphical scenarios, it was even pushing up to 110-115 FPS.

You can lower the medium settings to low and High to medium to churn out more Frame Rates from your system. I found the above settings, the sweet spot to balance visuals with performance. Of course, yours may vary depending on the rig.

The game optimization is fine to start with. I was, however, encountering random changes in lighting without reason. Also, the motion blur during the sprints is a bit overdone. If they can add an option to turn it off or adjust that, It would have been perfect.

Other than that, the game performs pretty well and you can expect a better performance with the latest gen processor and 30 series cards. yes I would like to state that the game could have put in more effort to optimize the graphics and environment more.
