Players wandering around New Atlantis in Starfield will come across the Enhance facility, where people can completely alter their appearance. You would assume they take great care of their patient’s data and information, but there has been a problem.

Starfield: How To Begin And Finish Beautiful Secrets Quest
You will have to roam around the Commercial District in New Atlantis and then head to the Enhance facility, present amidst a group of other stores directly opposite the main news building. You have to begin interacting with the owner of Enhance, Warner Connell, and go ahead with the dialogues related to patient data confidentiality.
This will trigger Walter, and once you force him on the second choice, you will find out that there has been a mistake and he has lost some patient data on his Slate, marking the start of the quest.
Starfield: How To Find Whetstone, Valberg, and Terrabrew Buildings
Once the Beautiful Secrets quest starts, you must visit the three locations of Whetstone, Valberg, and Terrabrew. There will be no markers to help you, so you have to locate them yourselves.
Whetstone building
It is a prestigious restaurant on the upper level of the Commercial District in New Atlantis. You can find it to your right as you go up the ramp and pass the Terrabrew.
There are some tables within Whetstone where guests can sit, and it is on one of these that you will come across the Slate of Walter. After you grab it, head back to the owner of Enhance.
Valberg building
Valberg is just beside Whetstone, towards the top of the ramp to the upper level in the Commercial District of New Atlantis. At the start of the game, you will find an elevator that heads to the Argos Extractors company offices, which is your parent company. You must look for the Slate in the lobby or the main office.
Terrabrew building
It is also up the first ramp, heading to the middle of the Commercial District in New Atlantis. It is located halfway through, and you can grab a coffee from here and look for the Slate on the tables present.
The most likely location for getting the Slate seems to be the Whetstone building itself, but it is not sure if the place is fixed or changes for players. You may also have to search the other locations to be entirely sure if you do not get the Slate in Whetstone.
Once you get the Slate back to Walter, you will win 100 XP and 1,000 Credits. You will also be offered his plastic surgery services if needed.
Thus, that is all the information players will need when acquiring the missing Slate of Walter from Enhance. It is not a troublesome quest, so you will not face difficulties completing it quickly.
