Note about Helmets and Shields: There are three (3) different sorts of craftable unusual helmets and shields:

Helmet/Shield: The basic Helmet/Shield has a total of 17 armor points.
The Restoration Helmet/Shield has 14 armor and recovers 0.2 health each second.

Tactical Helmet/Shield: The Tactical Helmet/Shield raises max stamina by 35% and has 14 armor.

One more material is required for the Restoration and Tactical variants, which is indicated under the materials required for their normal versions.
