The new season of Destiny 2 is upon us, and there is no doubt that fans are as excited as ever for the winter drop. Season 19, titled Season of the Seraph, is sure to bring back all the gun-slinging action of the previous seasons in an even grander format.
The weapons have always been one of the game’s major highlights, which will not disappoint this time. Players can stand tall and gather collectibles as they journey through various events and activities. Another aspect of the game that you are already familiar with is the Origin Traits and how handy they can be.
Players can learn about the history of weapons and how they came to be by knowing all about the different Origin Traits. Season 19 has thrown a brand new one into the mix called the ‘Ambush Origin Trait.’ The following guide explains all that is to know about this Origin Trait and the weapons that fall under it.
Destiny 2: Season of the Seraph – What is the Ambush Origin Trait
As mentioned above, the Origin Traits are perks that carry specific powers that will help you get clutch kills in the game. There are several such Traits across Destiny 2, each set having its specialty that can be used most feasibly.
Some weapons also carry more than one Origin Trait, meaning they can become much more potent in combat when you are yielding it.
Coming to the Ambush Origin Trait is for those who love going in hard and exploding stuff right from the start. This is because the perks of the Ambush Origin Trait include bettering your firing range, the damage inflicted and handling in the first few seconds of fights.
It is making its debut with Season of the Seraph’s legendary guns from Rapustin’s cache of weapons, some of the most powerful in the whole season.
Destiny 2: Season of the Seraph – What are the weapons having the Ambush Origin Trait
Several weapons are carrying the Ambush Origin Trait in Season 19, which are to be gotten by going to the Exo Frame vendor at H.E.L.M or finishing the Heist Battlegrounds. These are the list of weapons you can get with Ambush Origin Trait so far:
Judgment of Kelgorath Solar Glaive
A great shield in the front to go with this Solar Aggressive Glaive.
Disparity Stasis Pulse Rifle
A four-round burst weapon of the Primary type with an aggressive frame, looking like one from the Black Armory.
A Void Machine Gun from the Suros with a heavy slot and Rapid-Fire frame built.
Fire and Forget Stasis Linear Fusion Rifle
A weapon with an aggressive frame that fires a three-round burst with the heavy slot.
Tripwire Canary Arc Bow
A creation of Veist containing the Arc element and carrying a lightweight Frame Energy.
Path of Least Resistance Arc Trace Rifle
From the minds of Omlon, it holds an Adaptive Frame Arc Trace to power its Energy type further.
Thus, that is all the information players need about the Ambush Origin Trait. Of course, we will get to learn more information once the season fully gets underway, and there are many more exciting additions this time around. Players can certainly leave their mark using these weapons, which are very powerful in combat.
