New week, new quests in the Seasonal Challenges department. Destiny 2‘s latest ‘Season of Plunder’ has been a brilliant adventure so far and one of the main activities has been the Sails of the Shipstealer.
Having already crossed two weeks, it is now time for the latest journey for players to delve into. The basic brief remains the same as you have to grab a relic before the pirate boss Eramis and her crew get to it.
Of course, there are newer bosses and places to conquer for Week 3. Therefore, it is important to know the basic details of the mission and how to go about completing it seamlessly.
The story of Sails of the Shipstealer so far
As most of us know already, Week One saw The Spider being ferried to his destination by the players after an attack on his voyage by Eramis.
You also worked for the Drifter, alongside Mithrax and Eido. The Spider was taken to Ether Tank in Eliksni Quarter.
We are aware that Aramis and her group are on the trail of relics, so it is imperative we get to them beforehand. Now, we are in Week 3 with all new adventures awaiting us.
Finishing Wee 3 of Sails of the Shipstealer
You will need to interact with Mithrax from the Star Chart of the H.E.L.M. which is the usual way.
He will give you an Expedition that involves getting treasure hidden underground on Nessus. However, you should be careful of two things before beginning:
- I did not have the required amount of Map Fragments, so had to farm more through Ketchcrash
- A map is needed on the Captain’s Log to play in the Expedition Playlist which is crucial for the rewards.
Another part of the quest is slaying 50 opponents while playing through the Expedition.
- Once you have the treasure, another two crew members of Eramis have to be put down
- Now, you will get the final destination of the mission where the pirate bosses are present
- It is the Pirate Hideout: The Blademasters where Tagh’al and Thagh’urn dwell
- After emerging victorious, you will get the relic.
Having got it, go back to the Ether Tank present in the Eliksni Quarter. You will be privy to an heated exchange among Eido, Mithrax, and Spider. As usual, I made my way to the holoprojector to discuss things with The Drifter, who revealed there are problems between the father-daughter duo.
Once again, after you finish, get the Engram from The Spider, and voila, week 3 is complete.
Thus, that is all the information I have on the latest chapter of the Sails of the Shipstealer challenge. It is shaping up to be a very interesting saga and the wait is only making players more eager to get started again next week.
